Brighton Pathways to Health is dedicated to serving your health and wellness needs. Through a group of licensed and highly skilled and compassionate practitioners, we recognize that the body, the mind and the spirit must be in harmony in order for the whole person to become and stay well.

We specialize in the following practices: Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, Massage Therapy and health and nutrition counseling. Tai chi, yoga and other movement and group therapies will be offered soon in the Annex Building.

Annette Sessions, MD Annette Sessions, M.D., is Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology in the Department of Urology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Board certified in Urology, she earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University, Bachelor of Arts at Duke University, and Master’s degree in French at Middlebury College. She is a member of the American Urological Association and has been listed annually among America’s Top Urologists. Dr. Sessions experienced the powerful healing capacity of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture as a patient and was then motivated to study this form of treatment at the Great Lakes Institute for Training in Classical Acupuncture. Patricia A. Bishop, ATR-BC, LCAT Pat is an artist and lecturer in creative arts therapy at Nazareth College. She has 15 years experience providing individual, group, and family therapy as a mental health clinician. Pat passionately believes in the healing power of artistic expression. Her practice is to focus on relief of emotional pain and suffering through the use of mindfully designed creative explorations of art materials and mediums.
